To best enjoy your Renewal Spa experience, we suggest you arrive 15 minutes
prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will be charged for
the full appointment.

our 24 hour cancellation notification. We will be glad to reschedule
any appointment prior to the 24 hour cancellation deadline. Same day
cancellations on gift certificates leaves 50% value of certificate. “No
shows” on gift certificate voids gift certificate as a whole.
